German pop duet 2raumwohnung were born of a doggerel verse written for a German cigarette company. Inga Humpe (electronic music vet of such groups as the Neon Babies, DÖF, and the baby pretend Humpe & Humpe) was invited to collaborate on a short spell with fellow player Tommi Eckart in 2000. Musically, the geminate establish themselves drawing from a more colorful melodic palette than the electronic genre would normally take into account.
